Best workshop that provide head to toe for your car, professional workshop team that have proper tools and everything is according to sequence, clean. Free car wash after service and professional advise and customer service front counter. Everything done in professional and within 1 hour I get a call to collect my car. Definitely come back here for service all of my car. No hanky panky, extra charges. 30 point inspection and no force you to change parts or spoiled. Honest, good keep it up

Quite a professional and all in one, one stop car care center.
Really love their service as I brought my bmw for a quick check up on some whirring sound problems.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the car service centre, and I must say that my overall experience was quite positive. The standout feature of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Magnum Lim, a member of the service centre personnel.

Mr. Magnum Lim was incredibly attentive and approachable. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my car and assured me that he would be able to address the issues effectively. His professionalism and dedication were truly commendable, making me feel confident that my car was in capable hands.

Furthermore, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the service centre. A clean environment often speaks volumes about the quality of the services provided, and this was certainly the case here. The well-maintained facility added to the positive experience.

Another aspect that I found particularly noteworthy was the friendly and diverse group of mechanics. The fact that the team comprised individuals from different backgrounds and ethnicities was heartening to see. This not only reflects inclusivity but also suggests a team with a wealth of expertise and insights.

In conclusion, my visit to the car service centre left me thoroughly satisfied. I would wholeheartedly recommend this service centre to anyone in need of car maintenance or repairs.

Amazing service. Super helpful. Honest prices and always follow through.

They pick up my car from my home, service it and then send my car back washed and clean.

When i bought a used porsche, they picked up the car from the dealer, sent my headlamps to another refurbisher, then dropped my car to a roof mechanism repair specialist, once done, they brought the car back to their workshop, and then proceed to check everything for me.

My other cars also had the same exemplary experience. My Audi once had a squeeking ceramic disc brake sound, they spent their time to get it checked, willing to bring in other specialists too. These guys are just amazing in their service.

One thing i hope they get to solve would be hoping them to open more outlets, because their business is so good now that its always rather packed. All in all, fantastic service, honest people, dedicated.

Thanks to Lim, Keith, Wah, Chun, Jason, and of course Mr Toh the amazing boss.

Great customer service and Fair price. They do a great job.. Better than the Audi service center.. I think Big Companies must learn from Prestige Carcare on Customer Service.

I happened to have an issue with my car and they waited for me until 7.30pm and resolved the issue. They made me feel WOW. Mr.Lim is an amazing person with great heart for the customer.

Professionalism in abundance, from office and reception crew to the workshop crew. I like the friendliness, openness and transparent nature. They do not discourage customer from visiting the workshop area and are more than willing to answer questions pertaining to the car. The crew is highly skilled. The price they charge is fair in my opinion. They will discuss with you before they proceed. The downside is they can get quite busy which is a testament of the good job they provide. Get an appointment.
