Technical Role

Junior Technician

All Branches Full Time

Perform thorough maintenance on vehicles, machinery, and workshop equipment
Assist senior technicians in complex diagnosis and repair tasks
Consult customers on correct maintenance and preventative care
Support workshop tasks including suspension, hydraulic, and general servicing

Senior Role

Senior Technician

All Branches Full Time

Lead diagnosis and repair of luxury, EV, and high-performance vehicles
Mentor junior technicians and support their technical development
Liaise with service advisors and maintain accurate job card records
Uphold ISO 9001:2015 quality and workshop safety standards daily

Admin Role

Service Advisor & Admin Clerk

All Branches Full Time

Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and customer follow-up calls
Maintain internal records, inventory logs, and administrative databases
Greet customers, relay vehicle job status, and coordinate with technicians
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic account entries accurately
